Job description:

  • To support Trade Operation Processing.
  • Provide Daily report to Head of CTS.
  • To check and provide respond to transactional queries and pre-vet.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction by providing processing and consulting in the scope of enquiry, advisory and pre-vet services.
  • To participate and internal meeting project relating to CTS scope ,if needed.
  • Closely monitor and process workflows and productivity to ensure SLA ( Service Level Agreement) for delivery and quality are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure transactions were confirmed by customer to issue and record and report to Head of CTS.
  • Collaborate actively with relationship teams in delivering trade services to customers.
  • Apply basic technical knowledge to ensure efficient customer service that meets quality standards.
  • Handle complains as well as turn into opportunities.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to find fast and suitable solution for customer.
  • To ensure that work operate correctly and complied with bank rules and following the SOP strictly.
  • Participates as needed in special projects.
  • To supervise staff and support prevet transaction to customer when need such as Draft of L/C, Draft of L/G and etc. And also monitoring the confirmed transaction.

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of trade finance operation and services skill.
  • Good knowledge of Application of ICC rules (ISP & URDG). Trade products i.e. Import , Export and Bank Guarantee.
  • Customer trade services experience including strong background in handling complex trade transactions with ability to identify customer centric solutions.
  • Must be a team player and must be able to work closely with business and with customers and co-ordinate stakeholder relationship.
  • Good communication in English.
  • Customer services oriented.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Trade finance business , Banking process end to end knowledge banking system.
