Job Descriptions:

A. Model and Data Migration

• Understand business and credit scoring model requirements, functional specifications, and other project artifact
• Understand high-level portfolio hotspots and provide recommendations /drive initiatives to resolve or mitigate the concerns
• Provide guidance and consulting to test case design and test script development.
• Collaborate with business and model users to align requirement and expectation and ensure test activities meet the quality criteria.

B. User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Preparing test scripts for UAT testing and executing UAT testing to meet expectation and requirements
• Identify and resolve testing and defect management process issues and advise test techniques to optimize Test Specification and Test Methodology.
• Collaborate with IT & vendor to resolve project problems, investigate, and identify root cause to help improve their projects to ensure maximum productivity
• Collaborate with test Management team / test tool specialist to utilize test tools properly and effectively.
• Review, analyze, discuss and summarize test status reports and defects to supervisor
• Ensure that the UAT is done according to the timeline
• Develop testing strategy and test plan to cover end-to-end process flows and all functionalities and user acceptance criteria
• Monitor & control test execution and ensure the proper test execution of each test level.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in IT, MIS, Engineering or Computer Science field
• At least 1-3 years in software testing, credit risk model migration or data analytics within banking or financial industry
• Good knowledge in retail banking product and some credit project
• Expertise in SAS SQL is preferred.
• Strong data analytical skills - Logical thinking (any knowledge in basic programming will be useful)
• Fast learner, adaptive, preferably with interpersonal & negotiation skills
• Has service mind and positive attitude towards learning new challenge/cross roles
• Self-motivating and high responsibility
• A desire to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
