หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- รับสายลูกค้าที่โทรสอบถามเรื่อง บัตรเครดิตเป็นหลัก เช่น สอบถามยอด, สอบถามโปรโมชั่น, สอบถามวิธีการแลกคะแนน
- รับข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า แล้วแจ้งให้หัวหน้าทราบ เพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการต่างๆให้ดีขึ้น
- เสนอขายผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นๆ หากมีโอกาส
- อัพเดทข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ๆ ตลอดเวลา เช่น กระบวนการ, ผลประโยชน์และโปรโมชั่น เป็นต้น
