- วุฒิปริญญาตรี , GPA 2.5 ขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การเงิน บัญชี การจัดการ การตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- บุคลิกภาพและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- มีทักษะในการแนะนำ รูปแบบการออมทรัพย์ ประกันชีวิต ประกันสุขภาพ และการลงทุนได้บ้าง
- สามารถเดินทางไปช่วยงานสาขาธนาคารต่างจังหวัด ได้เป็นครั้งคราว
