• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any relevant field.
• At least 12 years of experience in HR with 2 years of experience in supervisory level.
• At least 3 years of experience in learning and development or HROD is an advantage.

• Tasks & responsibilities.
• Perform full spectrum of HR both HRM and HRD such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, Thai labor law compliance, performance management, disciplinary, employee engagement and development.
• Responsible for compensation and benefits such as payroll, group insurance, provident fund, social security fund and annual health check-up.
• Maintain and update employee database including HR analytic.
• Work in collaboration with related parties for development need analysis, training roadmap, learning approaches, and program evaluation.
• Manage all logistical aspects to ensure learning program successful implementation.
• Responsible for talent management, Individual development plan, succession planning, and career path.
• Drive Employee Engagement and Employee Recognition program through various activities.
• Design and deliver internal communication to relevant parties/company wide.
• Act as internal consultant to identify, develop and implement organizational effectiveness interventions.
• Oversee office administration and procurement such as office facility/equipment, stationary, monthly expense, contracts relate to office administration, arranging for office space, necessary repairs and procurement of office supplies & office services.
