International Call Center (English and Japanese Skill )
atTrue Corporation PCL- Providing information to customers
- Handling customer inquiries and solving problems of customers concerning products and services via the telephone
- Follow-up and coordinate with related departments to solve customers' problem
- Male or Female, Thai Nationality
- Available to work as a shift 5 days/week
- Bachelor's Degree in any fields
- 2 years experience in Customer Services or Call Center areas
- Service-minded, good personality, interpersonal and communication skill
- Good command of spoken Japanese is a must (Pass Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 3, 2 Good command of spoken English is a must)
