atThe Stock Exchange of Thailand- งานรับหลักทรัพย์ : พิจารณาคุณสมบัติของหลักทรัพย์ที่จะเข้าจดทะเบียน รวมทั้งให้คำปรึกษาเพื่อให้มีการปฏิบัติให้เป็นไปตามกฎเกณฑ์อย่างถูกต้องครบถ้วน
- งานกำกับบริษัทจดทะเบียน : กำกับและให้คำปรึกษาเพื่อให้มีการเปิดเผยข้อมูลและการดำรงสถานะให้เป็นไปตามกฎเกณฑ์อย่างถูกต้องครบถ้วน รวมทั้งติดตามฐานะของบริษัทจดทะเบียนและการเข้าทำรายการที่มีนัยสำคัญ เช่น รายการที่เกี่ยวโยงกัน รายการได้มาหรือจำหน่ายไปซึ่งสินทรัพย์ เป็นต้น
- ติดตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงของกฎเกณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อการกำกับดูแลบริษัทจดทะเบียน เช่น กฎเกณฑ์ใหม่ของตลาดหลักทรัพย์ ก.ล.ต. ตลอดจนมาตรฐานบัญชีใหม่ๆ
- ให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับกฎเกณฑ์ของตลาดหลักทรัพย์แก่ผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับบริษัทจดทะเบียน เช่น ที่ปรึกษาทางการเงิน ที่ปรึกษากฎหมาย เพื่อให้การดำเนินการของบริษัทจดทะเบียนเป็นไปตามกฎเกณฑ์ของตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ
- ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาโทในสาขาวิชาการเงิน บัญชี เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในธุรกิจ การวิเคราะห์งบการเงิน กฎเกณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริษัทจดทะเบียน (กฎเกณฑ์ของตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ ก.ล.ต. และกระทรวงพาณิชย์)
- มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับธุรกิจการเงิน เช่น วาณิชธนกิจ การวิเคราะห์งบการเงิน การบัญชี หรืองานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการกำกับดูแลธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ เป็นต้น จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- พูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (TOEIC score > 600)
- สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office ได้
