WALK-IN INTERVIEW for Customer Service Representative
atTotal Access Communication PCL (dtac)WALK-IN INTERVIEW on Friday 14 September 2018 at dtac House at Chamchuri Square Building
- Perform selling and up-selling activities for products /offerings to customers to generate revenue to meet business objectives
- Perform demonstration and provide information about dtac products, devices and services to customers to enhance customers' understanding of dtac's products and services
- Perform basic customer services to fulfil customers' needs, resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform cash management related activities that are in line with dtac's policy to ensure effectiveness
- Perform activities to resolve customers complaints and feedback information to Service Hall Shop Supervisor
- Perform inventory management activities to ensure the sufficient inventory level of both products and non-products to perform sales and customer services activities according to the policies
- Be accountable for special assignments relating to function as allocated by immediate superior level
- Experience working in sales and/or customer service
- Positive personality & Good communication skills.
- Good/Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Computer literate of the Microsoft Office programs
