As a member of marketing team (with focus in digital marketing), you will be responsible for analyzing users' digital interactions to generate ideas for improvements to our platform, growth strategy, online & offline advertising.

• Oversee marketing strategy to hit target of acquisition, retention and revenue.
• Manage performance tracking, KPIs and ROI through rigorous post-campaign evaluation and close scrutiny of customer engagement metrics.
• Report performance against key metrics on a regular basis to the management.
• Perform market analytics to generate consumer insights, as well as to develop clear recommendations based on the results of any platform or marketing changes.
• Leverage marketing research to generate consumer insights for branding, marketing communications and overall market trends.

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Statistics or related fields; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in data analytics, consumer insights or marketing strategy/ communication.
• Experience in design, planning and execution full funnel of online advertising campaigns, post-campaign evaluation and / or SEO is a plus.
• Have experience working in start-up environment is a plus.
• Sound judgment, excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in both English and Thai.
