Assistant Manager, Sales KPI & Commission Management
atTotal Access Communication PCL (dtac)- Set up commission scheme for all Upselling products for each channel
- Monitor Performance for all Upselling products for each channel and providing recommended action to drive the performance
- Do the ad-hoc special commission to drive the performance of Upselling with effective & efficiency mechanic
- Forecast & Control the budget for all Upselling commission
- Co-operate with the related teams to communicate the Upselling commission to channels both internal and external parties
- Co-operate with the related teams to calculate and pay the Upselling commission to channels completely
- Be accountable for special assignments relating to function as allocated by immediate superior level
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven work experience in data analytics
- Self-learning, sense of ownership, and highly motivated.
- Competency in data analytic Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, and Power point
