We are urgently seeking for our vacancy job as below detail;

Position: Sales Support Specialist (Based at G Tower, Rama 9)

Report to:Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:-

• Preparing quotations and contracts (incl. rate proposals and proposal writing).
• Supporting the customer contact by preparing customer documents.
• Supporting the customer planning and implementation process.
• Providing customer information, supporting the identification and qualification of Sales Leads.
• Analyzing Sales Index and preparing Sales Reports.

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• At least 2 years of experiences in Freight Forwarding Business or any related experiences.
• Having knowledge of Air and Ocean Products and freight forwarding business models.
• Ability to handle multiple and hanging priorities.
• Ability to work effectively, independently and in a Team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with MS Office e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and SAP.
• High degree of Self-confidence, initiative, and commitment.
• Ability to take ownership and proactively drive results.
