A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Project Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success through precise planning, proactive coordination, and effective time management. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that high-voltage substation supply and construction projects are delivered on time and within scope.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines applying Primavera P6 (required) and other scheduling tools (like Microsoft Project), ensuring consistency with project scope, goals, and resource plans.
  • Define key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to monitor progress and support strategic decision-making.
  • Continuously update schedules to reflect changes in scope, resources, or timelines, ensuring visibility and responsiveness.
  • Analyze schedule performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and risks.
  • Prepare and present detailed status reports to project managers, stakeholders, and clients, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate planning and scheduling meetings to align teams, resolve conflicts, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Build contingency plans to address potential disruptions and maintain schedule integrity.
  • Support project controls and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives in project delivery.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field with equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in project scheduling within large-scale infrastructure, energy, or construction projects, preferably in high-voltage environments.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required, with the ability to build and coordinate project schedules independently. Prior hands-on experience in applying Primavera P6 in real-world projects is highly valued, even if not at an expert level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment.
