You'll make a difference by:

• Delivering power system studies and consulting projects: Perform power system analysis, modelling, simulation, optimization, and renewable energy integration projects for industrial, utility, and NGO clients.
• Conducting advanced power system assessments: Execute arc flash assessments, protection coordination studies, relay setting optimization, short-circuit analysis, fault analysis, and dynamic transient stability studies to enhance reliability and electrical safety.
• Developing and automating simulation solutions: Build, maintain, and optimize power system simulation workflows using tools such as PSS®E, PSS®SINCAL, and related platforms.
• Providing technical consulting and customer support: Deliver on-site consulting, training, commissioning support, technical advisory services, site surveys, field data collection, and power system assessments.
• Building customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions: Assess customer business requirements, recommend appropriate power system software and consulting solutions, and identify opportunities for future business growth.
• Driving project execution and business development: Support proposal preparation, project planning, budgeting, stakeholder communication, technical leadership, customer presentations, solution demonstrations, and technical sales support across the APAC region.

Your defining qualities:

• Educational background in Electrical Engineering: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a focus on Power and Energy Systems and practical experience using advanced power system analysis tools.
• Experience in power system studies and consulting: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in power grids, power system studies, simulation, analysis, and consulting for generation, transmission, distribution, or industrial customers.
• Strong technical expertise in power system analysis: Knowledge of power system stability, protection coordination, short-circuit studies, load flow analysis, arc flash assessments, renewable integration, and power quality.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software: Experience using PSS®SINCAL, PSS®E, CAPE, ETAP, PowerFactory, or similar power system analysis tools; experience with PSS®E and PSS®SINCAL is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills: Ability to interpret complex technical data, prepare detailed technical reports, and communicate effectively with customers, project stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Language capability and mobility: Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken, with the ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support customer and project requirements.
