Key Account Manager (Electrification & Automation)

Job Brief

We are currently looking to hire a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for managing of key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

Main Responsibilities

  • Exploring new opportunity to have a proper mapping and networking of relevant influencer / stakeholder
  • Co-working with Sales and Portfolio Managers
  • Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts
  • Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet
  • Key Accounts Analysis
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with MBA.
  • Male or Female, Thai Nationality, up to 45 years old.
  • Having strong track record of success within key account management, ideally within the non-Utility industry.
  • Having experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Excellence in English usage.
  • Excellence in Presentation, Negotiation and Data analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) would be a plus
