RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and coordinate marketing consultancy for residential projects, serving as the main point of contact for clients.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans and budgets, and execute online and offline campaigns, including overseas marketing.
- Organize and coordinate events, exhibitions, and creative CRM campaign plans.
- Create and implement public relations strategies, KOL and influencer campaigns, including copywriting, media scriptwriting, and guidance on film production and media placement.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses and deliver informative presentations with viable marketing and public relations strategies.
- Present complex information to clients with different business backgrounds in a clear and confident manner.
- Initiate sales strategies and collaborate with the sales team.
- Effectively manage and prioritize workload, delivering assignments within tight deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, finance, economics or related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience in real estate.
- Excellent command of English and Thai.
- Proficient skill in Microsoft Office (graphic design skills are a plus).
- Basic experience or familiarity with marketing channels including social media, online advertising, PR, and event marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with analytical and creative abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
