Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operations

Area of responsibilities including Bangkok and Upcountry.

Manage, conduct and supervise Dispatch officer and operations covering transfer goods from ZPL to transporters all of Cold Chain, Air con, Ambient, Feed additive and Medical Device product.

Implements control measures to ensure security of products during transfer goods to trucker.

Ensures prompt presence of truckers to received dispatched goods.

Facilitates immediate dispatch of goods with "rush / urgent delivery" requirements

Coordinates with customers, principals, and trucker to meet specific requirements on date and time of delivery.

Supervises receipt of returned goods from trucker and its hand-over to Returned Goods area.

Coordinates with other sections or departments to find resolution to any operational issue and concern.

Coordinates with transporter to come up with agreed corrective actions.

Manages the training and development of staff.

• Quality

Ensures compliance of operations to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP).

Ensures audit or checks of trucks are being done to ensure quality of products throughout delivery process.

Documents and prepares standard operating procedures and conducts staff training for these SOPs.

Conducts performance audits of transporter in Bangkok and upcountry cross-docking points.

• Cost

Manage all activities related to cost effective dispatching and transport routing.

Reviews and gives recommendations on changes in truck routing to help improve delivery lead time and transport cost.

Performs other tasks that may be assigned by Transport Manager from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, or physical distribution

Dynamic, able to do multi-task and work independently

High sense of responsibility, quick learner and self-motivated

Adept in Microsoft Office package

Good communication skill in both Thai and English

People Management, Problem Solving and Decision Making
