Key responsibilities: Handle order request from customer and proceed within time frame. Handle urgent orders and proceed within time frame. Coordinate and tighten relation with Principal, customer and Distribution Center to process the temporary delivery note. Establish good relationship with Principals and customers. Ensure that all orders have been completed within a day.
