Responsibilities

• Oversee and set the building management plan.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report to Property Manager
• Attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM)
• Attend the Board of the Committee Meeting (BOC)
• Coordinate will tenants or clients.
• Train site staffs
• Monitor the management and facilitate the service provide to co-owners / tenants / residents and visitors.
• Any other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Male and Female, age between 30-45 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in any fields.
• Knowledge or background in Juristic Person Management is a must.
• Good command of English communication both spoken and written.
• Experience as a Building Manager in Residential or Office Building at least 2 years.
• Able to work well under pressure.
