Retail Operations Executive
atChanel (Thailand) Co., Ltd.Chanel is looking for Retail Operations Executive to join the team! As one of the first touch-points for Retail Fashion Team, your role is to support and optimize operational processes for Retail Team (both Office, Point of Sales and Boutique) to provide seamless and effective work flow processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Retail Manager with ongoing retail related procedure and initiative projects
- Extract, collect data from Retail team (Office, Point of Sales and Boutique) and prepare all Retail KPIs report (regular and on-demand report) into a structured and comprehensible format
- Prepare and update all staff and related administrative report i.e. Retail KPIs, Boutique update, leave information, Point of Sales, logistic and shipment arrangement etc
- Oversee Fashion Retail Budget; monitor, allocate and compare costs to ensure that all budget are utilized effectively
- Coordinate with related parties (internal and external) to support any activities of Fashion retail team i.e. On-boarding items (name card, uniforms, email, ID code, retail orientation schedule), travel document and requisition, expense claims, retail team schedule update, etc.
- Prepare non-selling items for Point of Sales and Boutique during marketing activities period
Qualifications:
- At least Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of working experience in retail sector preferred
- Mature and logical, with critical thinking and courageous in making sound decisions
- Strong organizational skill and attentive to detail
- Self-driven, take initiative, multi-task, have flexible mindset to work in fast paced environment
- Outstanding written and fluent verbal communication skills in both Thai and English
- Strong in MS offices especially in Excel and any reporting tools
- The ability to learn on the fly and perform under ambiguity
- Possess a collaborative and team spirit nature
