Telemarketing Manager

- Manage and develop the telemarketing unit to meet premium, productivity.
- Strategic objectives for the unit, through cold calls, lead generation and campaign sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any fields
- Excellent and effective in verbal and written communications in native language
- High level of interpersonal skills at multiple levels
- Has experience in managing telemarketing team ( Outbound TM or Service to Sales team in Insurance or Banking Business)
- Previous successful experience in Direct Client selling, where the product is intangible is preferred
- Experience in working in a computerized environment.
