Project Manager / Senior Project Coordinator (Bulthaup-Kitchen)
atChanintr Living Co., Ltd.- Handle assigned projects : both residential and projects to coordinate
- with Client's Project Manager , Contractor and related parties.
- Work with operation team to design a project plan for product ordering, delivery and installation.
- Execute the project plan and report the status to Brand Manager on weekly basis
- Report the problem on site and provide the solutions for further action.
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
- Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
- Coordinate with Client for project handover with proper paper works and on timeline management.
- Age 30 – 40 Years
- Bachelor Degree in management or related field
- 5 years experiences in project management for hotel or condominium projects
- Able to communicate in English both speaking and writing.
- An eye for details, well organized, self-motivated & driven.
- Dynamic, Enthusiastic and proactive.
- Able to work on public holidays and weekend.
- Able to work upcountry.
