Workplace Area: Phrapradaeng, Samutprakan Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (there is Sat: 10 times/yr. but Rotate in team member it will be around 5 Sat/year))
- Operate sales process by receiving orders, issuing price, planning and forecasting for the next purchase order.
- Responsibility for inventory control of raw-materials.
- Providing all sales supports, coordinating with all departmental units, and also handling administrative functions to facilitate business operations.
- Communicate and coordinate with concerned departments, vendors, and executive management to ensure all procurement reach goals.
- Coordinate purchasing agreements and dealing with clients to meet their' requirements.
- Maintain an outstanding relationships with clients.
- Issue Credit note or Debit Note and tax invoice
- Thai nationality, Female, age 22-27 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 year working experience as Sales Coordinator or related fields
- Good command of verbal communication in English
- Able to use computer especially MS. Excel Formula
- New graduated with good English skill also welcome
