• Manage subordinates on each site (Each site has Admin staff)
• Can set up, developing and implementing HR strategies, HR policies and HRM/HRD Process with management
• Point of contact /overall in charge for all HR matters
• Responsible for all recruitment, employee contract
• Oversees the HR activities on each site
• Develop, review and implement Human Resource policies and procedures in accordance to legal and statutory requirements
• Ensure to development, implementation and monitoring of competitive compensation and benefits package to ensure the company is able to attract, retain and motivate employee
• Support other departments to achieve their tasks
• Prepare document for Visa-Work Permit application and renewing for foreign employees
• Filing all corporate documents
• Support the Managements on any assigned projects/works

• Thai nationality, Female, age 33-50 years old
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 10 years working experience as a HR
• Having knowledge of Thai Labor Law, Social Insurance, Visa Work permit
• Conversational level of English
• <Preferable Skill / Experience>Having qualification and experience of managing ISO
• Having experience in construction field
• Having management experience
