Workplace Area: BTS Punnavithee, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday＊Saturday working once in January and April)
- Interpret - Overall of HR tasks ; Recruiting , Training, Attendance, Evaluation, Regulation,
- Visa & Work permit
- Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
- Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
- Develop compensation and benefits plans
- Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
- Discuss employees' career development paths with managers
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
- Organize learning and development programs
- Ensure employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
- Dealing with legal matters with company lawyer
- ISO/CSR
- Other tasks assigned by GM
- Thai nationality, male/female, 35-45 years
- Bachelor's degree
- Having HR experience more than 10 years
- Having HR experience as Assistant Manager level more than 2 years
- Business level of Japanese (above N2) *N3 is fine if able to interpret in the meeting
- Conversational level of English (Basic conversation, able to communicate via email)
- Preferable Skill / Experience: Working for long term in same company
- Having experience of CSR, QC, Internal Control
