Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng, Bangkok Working Hour: 9:00-18:30 (Mon-Fri)
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
- Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Provide general support to visitors
- Address employee's queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
- Handle and manage overall in GA function
- Perform purchasing and procurement tasks
- Responsible for PR and CSR activities (Environmental / Energy Saving / Recycling activities)
- Support as assign about CSR activity
- Report to HQ
- Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 27-30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3-5 years' experience in General Affairs or CSR
- Experienced in handling manage office activities
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Good communication skill
