Purpose and objectives : ¬ Good chance to improve Japanese as medical service staff ¬ Opportunity to experience medical service company ¬ Opportunity to work in growing industry (Medical support business) as a Customer Service
About the Benefit : Salary: 30,000-50,000 THB/ Month
- Social Insurance
- Accidental and Health insurance OPD/IPD
- Pool car and driver
- OT Allowance
- Explain about medical services to customers
- Handling patient call and arrange the appointment if patient need to go hospital
- As necessary, accompany to hospital with patient
- Provide translation service between patient and doctor at hospital
- Making reports of patient cases
- Update the information of medical
- Responsible for assigned role
- Other tasks as assigned
- Male / Female, Age between 25 - 39 years old
- Thai Nationality Only
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or other related fields
- years of working experience in business operator or interpreter
- Interested in medical support business
- Good command in MS Office Skills (Word, Excel)
- Good command in Japanese and English
- Able to visit hospital & work at night time (for emergency cases)
