Workplace Area: Amata City, Rayong Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)
- Receive orders, forecast and discuss with customer
- Handle document by using SAP system such as issue AO, DO, DI, Invoice, Billing process.
- Control FG safety stock level
- Coordinate with planning team to achieve customer target
- Control WH and transportation supplier activity included performance
- Customer complain and incident case handling
- Control daily delivery plan
- Thai nationality, Female, age 23-30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years' experience as a customer service or sales support.
- Able to deal with PO/Invoice and other sales related documents.
- Able to communicate English (Advanced conversation - middle).
- Able to use SAP will be advantage
- Microsoft (Excel skill such Pivot, Vlookup and general formulation)
