• Responsible for all functions of Administrative Tasks and coordinate with management in relation to all General Affairs
• Use Japanese to translate document or interpret in the meeting
• Handle and manage employees' social security insurance issue, including coordinate with local social security insurance office
• Managing the administration function such as office management, company car & driver control, document filing, other general affairs
• Prepare all the stationary and office goods in the company
• Support accountant for prepare some document
• Assist department manager for other admin task as assigned
• Sometime have to contact with safety staff
