Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri)
- Service for all admin work such as photocopier, maintenance office equipment and office maintenance
- Control maid and driver and calculate their Overtime
- Purchasing office supply and office equipment
- Made booking for hotel, flight, golf, restaurant and car rental for Japanese & Thai staff
- Contract with building for maintenance, car parking and etc.
- Take care staff benefit such as health insurance, health checking, social fund, driver uniform
- Do and support document related HR issue
- Support other job which was assigned by General Affair & HR Manager
- Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 27-30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Experiences in Administration tasks
- Able to use MS excel, window word, power point
- Have knowledge about visa & work permit extension
- Have knowledge about office maintenance and meeting arrangement
- Good human of relationship.
- Service mind, enthusiastic and eager to learn new thing.
- Being work under pressure
