- Arrangement of payment voucher for any payments by cheque issuance and cash payment
- Issue invoice & receipts
- Follow up with outstanding payments from invoices
- Create cash flow
- Prepare accounting documents monthly, and liaise with outsourced accounting firm
- Support document to external audit
- Responsible of procurement
- Interpret TH-JP
- Other tasks assigned by MD
- Thai nationality, female, 22-30 years
- Bachelor degree
- Fresh Graduated is welcome or experiences as Administration Officer or any related field
- Experience in Japanese company
- Able to communicate in Japanese (at least N3) certificate is not required
- Can work independently
