Manager/Assistant Manager - Sales (Pro-active)
atImpact Exhibition Management Co., Ltd.- Increase new account, exceed sales targets and sales activities consistency
- Exceed sales targets and sales activities consistency. Sales Manager is responsible for delivering sales growth of all business in line with company's business plans objectives including supervising of Assistant Sales Manager and Sales executive to improve their performance
- To assist Senior Manager to produce details plans, package of team and make realistic timescale to ensure that the plans are met, increase new account, exceed sales targets and sales activities consistency objectives.
- To achieve individual sales target.
- To maximize bookings and increase new account.
- To retain the regular account as well as repeated events.
- To plan and visit client consistency.
- To build and maintain relationship with potential accounts.
- To develop presentation to meet client requirement.
- To conduct site inspection or site visit.
- To resolving conflicts and negotiating with client.
- To update and complete job or reports in EBMS.
- To perform special task or project as assigned by Senior Sales Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of related experience.
- Experience in developing marketing, Sales strategies and action plan.
- Excellent communication in both speaking and writing in English.
- Good computer skill (Excel, Word and Power Point).
