Manager/ Assistant Manager - Sales (Re-Active)
atImpact Exhibition Management Co., Ltd.- Assist sales team to achieve sales target.
- To focus on the customer service and customer satisfaction management.
- To communicate effectively and efficiently with other departments concerned by sharing relevant information and contribute details of event.
- To conduct site inspection and presentation.
- To interact with customers to provide all information for the event from beginning until finished
- To accurate in event Information management both in detail and time including of EBMS document
- To update and complete job or reports in EBMS.
- To lead booking to sales proactive by relative customer, competitor and other sources.
- To supervise and coach of Assistant Sales and Sales Executive.
- To perform special task or project as assigned by Senior Sales Manager.
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in MICE, Hotel or Exhibition is a must
- Bachelor's Degree in any related fields.
- Experience in Sales strategies and action plan.
- Excellent Communication in both oral and written English.
- Good computer skill (Excel, Word and Power Point).
