Scope:

  • Leads the change management projects and manages the HR related Internal Communication
  • To be Strategic Partner with Management team and Line Manager, and represents HR at the internal clients per Business Unit
  • Acts as Single Point of the contact for the Employee and Managers in the business unit
  • Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
  • Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client, and work closely with cross-functional team
  • Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement CHANGES necessary to cover risks
  • Design succession plans for key talents and key jobs positions, also identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees and high potential employees
  • At least Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 3 years generalist and hands-on HR experience or related field
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills
  • Solid understanding of local labour laws and other relevant workplace legislation
  • Strong team player, patient and able to provide guidance to large team of staffs
  • Full understanding of the sensitivity and confidentiality of the HR function
  • Strong analytical skills
