Business Development Coordinator (Sales Coordinator)

atImpact Exhibition Management Co., Ltd.

Support sales team and coordinate with oversea customers or others departments.

  • Manage ERP system esp. on exhibition booth payment, coordinate with finance for all exhibitions/ events to ensure
  • Timely payment from exhibitors and agents and commission to agents
  • Build and manage event Organizer and Exhibitor database
  • Prepare site inspection for event organizers and facilitate meeting arrangement with Organizers
  • Consolidate and prepare Department expenses, quarterly and yearly report
  • Oversea preparation and processing of admin request on meetings, business trip, corporate membership renewal,etc
  • May required to do sales call to promote our venue MICE Package as part of role of Business Development
  • Bachelor degree in any field.
  • Good coordination skill and multitasking skill.
  • Good typing and speaking communication skill in both English and Thai.
  • Good command of computer skill in Microsoft office.
  • Good inter-personal skill and able to cooperate with inter departments.
  • Previous minimum 2-3 experience in Admin / secretariat role is preferred.
