Corporate Public Relations Manager

Corporate Communications & Content
Develop corporate messaging, press materials, executive content and communications assets aligned with CHR's business priorities and brand positioning.
Plan and manage the corporate PR content calendar across relevant external and internal channels.
Write and edit press releases, media pitches, articles, speeches, briefing documents, feature stories and other brand-led content.
Ensure the consistency, accuracy and quality of all communications materials in both Thai and English.
Identify compelling corporate, brand and hotel stories that can be developed into meaningful communications opportunities.
Media Relations & Reputation Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with Thai and international media, content creators, influencers and relevant industry stakeholders.
Secure strategic media coverage and PR opportunities that strengthen the reputation and visibility of Centara Hotels & Resorts and its brands.
Manage media enquiries and proactively pitch stories, interviews, reviews and feature opportunities.
Support issues and crisis communications, media handling and corporate reputation management as assigned.
Monitor emerging issues and media developments that may affect the company, its brands or properties.
Project & Stakeholder Management
Plan, coordinate and execute corporate communications initiatives, PR campaigns, press events, media briefings and media fam trips.
Work closely with internal departments, hotel PR and Marketing Communications teams, agencies and external partners to deliver communications initiatives.
Provide communications advice and support to senior management, business units and hotel teams when required.
Represent the Corporate PR Director at meetings, media functions and assigned activities when appropriate.
Manage project timelines, deliverables and stakeholder coordination to ensure communications activities are delivered effectively and on schedule.
PR Monitoring & Reporting
Oversee the media-monitoring agency and coordinate daily news monitoring, monthly PR reports, competitor updates and hospitality industry tracking.
Maintain and regularly update media, content creator and influencer databases.
Track PR exposure, quality of coverage, campaign performance and communications outcomes to support management reporting.
Use reporting insights to identify communications opportunities and improve future PR activities.
Other Responsibilities
Maximise positive PR exposure for Centara brands across traditional, digital and social media channels.
Support community relations, corporate events and other initiatives that strengthen the company's reputation and corporate story.
Act as an MC or company representative at events when required.
Travel domestically and internationally from time to time to support hotel openings, media activities, fam trips, corporate events and other assigned projects.
Be available for occasional work outside regular office hours when required by the nature of PR and media activities.
Perform other assignments as designated by the Corporate PR Director.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in public relations, journalism, corporate communications or a PR agency environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
Strong experience in content strategy, messaging development, media relations and PR campaign execution.
Strong relationships with media, content creators and influencers; contacts within international travel, hospitality or business media would be an advantage.
A hands-on mindset with the flexibility to balance strategic planning and operational execution.
Comfortable working both behind the scenes—including writing, planning and coordination—and on-site at media events, hotel openings and corporate activities.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with confidence and sound judgement required to work with senior management, internal teams and external partners.
Well-organised, proactive, detail-oriented and able to respond calmly to changing priorities.
Experience in media events, executive communications, digital PR, crisis communications or AI-supported content tools would be an advantage.
Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally from time to time.
