- วิเคราะห์และวางแผนอัตรากำลัง รวมถึงมีส่วนร่วมกระบวนการสรรหา คัดเลือกพนักงาน
- วางแผนพัฒนาบุคคลากรร่วมกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ
- ให้คำปรึกษาแก่พนักงานและหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบ ในการปรับปรุงระบบการทำงานเพื่อผลิตภาพของหน่วยงาน
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี/โท สาขาการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ การบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล รัฐศาสตร์ จิตวิทยา หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล หรืองานพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคล อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรอง
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ และการนำเสนอทีดี
- มีบุคลิกภาพและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
