HR Division Manager (Reward & Strategy)
atSiam City Cement PCLSiam City Cement Public Company Limited is looking for a HR Division Manager (Reward and Strategy) to join our team.
- Develop a reward strategy, pay structure and analysis, and monitor internal and external equity aligning with business strategy
- Manage all C&B processes such as the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, different schemes of the variable remuneration, including providing supervisory in reviewing existing compensation and benefit by comparing to relevant market data and ability to pay of the company
- Develop proposal on compensation & benefit initiative/ improvement to management; EXCO, NCC and BoD
- Supervise the input for M&A project including HR integration process
- Develop communication plan and work process to ensure smooth transition of new policy with all stakeholders
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Political Science or related field
- At least 7 years working experience in related human resource functions
- Background in organization development and compensation and benefits, experienced in the international consulting firm is advantage
- Knowledge of job evaluation method
- Knowledge of job, career, and organization design, remuneration practice and compensation and benefits
- Analytic and problem solving skills
- Excellent MS-excel skill
- Fluent in English (TOEIC Score >750)
