• Develop and execute the Finance Digital Transformation roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable business value and operational improvements.
• Finance & Procurement Operating Model Transformation.
• Redesign and optimize Finance and Procurement operating models, processes, controls, and ways of working to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
• Finance Data, Analytics & Business Insights.
• Strengthen Finance data governance, analytics, and reporting capabilities to enhance business insights, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Finance Systems & ERP Solution Delivery.
• Lead the delivery and optimization of Finance systems and ERP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA and other platforms, to support business processes, controls, reporting, and enterprise integration.

• Drive the adoption of AI, automation, workflow, and digital solutions to improve productivity, user experience, and operational performance.
• Technology Partner & Vendor Management.
• Manage technology vendors and implementation partners to ensure innovation, delivery excellence, and value realization.

• Lead transformation initiatives from business case development through change adoption, capability building, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realization.

• Ensure effective governance, compliance, risk management, budget control, and adherence to company policies, IT standards, and OH&S requirements.
• Professional Experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10-12 years of experience in Finance, Finance Transformation, Business Partnering, Finance Systems, Business Analysis, and/or related roles.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, ERP transformation, or Finance automation / digital transformation projects.
• Experience with ERP, EPM, FP&A, reporting, analytics, or other Finance technology solutions is an advantage.
• Proven experience in process improvement, transformation, automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and managing technology vendors and implementation partners.
• Key Skills & Knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of Finance processes, including Financial Accounting, Controlling, Management Reporting, and Treasury, with a focus on digital enablement.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and exposure to ERP, EPM, FP&A, reporting, analytics, and other Finance technology solutions.
• Proven experience in digital transformation, process improvement, AI, automation, and ERP-enabled initiatives.
• Strong project management, business analysis, and solution design capabilities.
• Experience in technology vendor management, contract negotiation, and SLA governance.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to lead multiple transformation initiatives and deliver results in a matrix organization.
