Siam City Cement Public Company Limited is looking for a Head of Organization Effectiveness (OD & LD) to join our team.

• Initiate and develop organizational and people development strategies, framework, roadmap, business plan and annual implementation plan to ensure company vision, commitments and functional goals alignment related to leadership and people capabilities.
• Design and review Organization structure to ensure the alignment with business requirement
• Develop reward strategy, job evaluation, pay structure and analysis, and monitor internal and external equity
• Manage PM based KPI alignment and "dialogue" process in order to drive performance management culture in SCCC group
• Ensure quality of people development framework, development interventions and execution both corporate and functional aspects
• Manage key business stakeholders effectively and provide consultation on people development to executive and senior management team to ensure the leadership and people capabilities to be ready to support business growth and daily operations
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Political Science or related field
• At least 10 years working experience in organization development, people strategy, compensation & benefit, performance management, learning and development, change management or related fields
• Preferable from top domestic or global company in large size, with 3-5 years in management level position and experience in the international consulting firm
• Knowledge of job and organization design, compensation and benefit, performance management, learning and development curriculum design
• Human resources analytic and strategic presentation skill
• Fluent in English (TOEIC Score >750)
