Analyze problem from store system and take solution for implement Monitoring and tracking software

Responsibilities

• Provides a first – Level and Second – Level support of hardware and system software
• Analyze, Troubleshoot and resolve any system problem, provide system support
• Support daily operation and incident resolution
• Seek root cause of problem and find solution to prevent
• Participate in infrastructure design and road-map
• Improve system stability and its availability
• Identify the bottleneck or critical factor / parameter which impact to system capacity
• Work with Application development – team to ensure application can up and run smoothly
• Find open source software or solution to reduce human error and improve productivity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience of relevant retails system or support related software
• Experience in performance tuning, capacity management, system troubleshooting, system hardening and catching as well as implements system

Skills:

• HTML5, JAVA BASICS, POS, Service Desk, Network basic and SQL Server Basic
• Flexibility to support and standby to serves any testing or planning situation
• Services with the priorities tasks and manage the urgency in delivery
• Personality: strong communication, positive attitude, self-motivated and services -mind
