Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor manpower planning, in cooperation with the recruitment manager.
• Lead the recruitment of head office team according to manpower request form.
• Monitor and update the information in all Job Websites as well as carry out additional recruitment channel to present to the Chief.
• Contact the job candidate to a preliminary interview prior submit to recruitment manager and supervisor respectively.
• Performing other assessments of job candidates' skills, such as by giving a written test or hiring for a trial period, etc.
• Process recruitment and employment documents
• File Employee’s records and orientation training for new employees.
• Prepare weekly report and ensure the data accuracy.
• Other tasks as assigned by Recruitment Manager.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in Recruitment 3 years or above.
• Good and strong interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy in all Microsoft Office.
• Pleasant personality and work well with others.
• Proactive and Positive Attitude
• Be service minded and be positive
• Good communication English and Thai.
