Recruitment Manager - (Rama 4 , Rd)

Responsibilities

•  Monitoring all budgeting and manpower on yearly planning related with business target
•  Lead the recruitment of head office according to manpower request form or manage hire process
• Updating all job websites as well as carry out additional internal - external channel
• Ensure all candidates for pre- interview before take prior submits to Line Manager
• Processing the related  new hire documents
• Entering the newcomers to system and preparing the Orientation training for new hire
• Support the privacy data and handle the recruitment report by weekly
• Other tasks as assigned by Recruitment Manager

Qualification

• Minimum 7 years experiences in recruitment or human resources background with an international company, retail industry will be an advantage
• Have great communication skills and be able to communicate effectively
• Posses outgoing personality and fun characters
• Posses good business acumen, open-minded and initiative mentality
• Posses good command of English
• Posses good computer skills especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Be flexible on travelling schedules and adapt to change
