E-Commerce Support Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and create promotion activities.
- Collecting sales, voucher, and traffic data for analyze.
- Presentation file and Project consolidate.
- Monthly Promotion Campaign.
- Coordinate with buyer for promotion items request.
- Coordinate with digital team for support banner design ang visibilities.
- Coordinate with marketplace’s platform to join activities and program.
- Act as primary point of contact within the e-Commerce platform. (LAZADA / SHOPEE / ONLINE STORE)
- Request media and visibilities support with key account.
Qualifications:
- Specific knowledge of the online store and / or e-Commerce.
- Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing or related degree is essential.
- At least 1 years’ working experience in E- Commerce, or E-Commerce Agency capacity.
- Sales analyze and control.
- Check sell record and daily stock, helps replenishment.
- Weekly/Monthly sales report.
