- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ จิตวิทยา รัฐศาสตร์ สังคมศาสตร์
- และสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะด้านการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านสรรหาอย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป
