Job Descriptions;
Oversee Marketing & Retail technology , includes:

• Implement / develop platform for Marketing & Retail business
• Oversee and manage relationships with platform vendor. Escalation to Supervisor as required
• Ensure IT strategy is implemented through their platform
• Escalation contact for Platform Analyst
• Ensure platform adherence to all Security & Control requirements and application of strategy relating to IT risk management
• Provide guidance to team members where applicable
• Manages/monitors development (Agile), regular status meetings, coordinating issue identification and resolution.
• Manage platform base support activities for Marketing & Retail systems (POS etc.), including reliability and associated metrics as appropriate
• Manages technical expertise for projects and support
• Participate in strategy and technology studies
• Monitor system issues trends and work with platform vendors to address recurring system issues or bugs

Qualifications;

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields
• Leadership skills – both direct/indirect
• Good understanding of Retail technology
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in English
• Incident management experience
• Contract Management skills as appropriate
• Experience in IT Project Development of Marketing & Retail Technology will be advantage
