Position Overview


We are looking for a reliable and capable professional to support the HR function as an HR Strategy & Organizational Design Analyst. This role works closely with the VP HR, providing support in preparing presentation materials for management, committee, and board-level meetings. The position requires someone who can gather information, analyze key points, and transform ideas and data into clear, well-structured slide presentations. The role also supports HR projects related to organizational design and planning.

Key Responsibilities

1.) Presentation & VP HR Support

  • Work closely with the VP HR to prepare slide presentations for internal meetings, HRC, and Board sessions.
  • Develop clear, professional, and well-structured PowerPoint presentations.
  • Gather information from internal teams and external sources to ensure presentations are complete and accurate.
  • Review and improve slide content to ensure clarity and consistency.

2.) HR Strategy & Organizational Design Support

  • Support organizational design and workforce planning activities.
  • Assist in preparing materials related to organizational changes and HR initiatives.
  • Analyze basic HR data and summarize insights for presentations.

3.) HR Projects & Coordination

  • Support HR projects by coordinating tasks and tracking progress.
  • Act as a focal point within HR to collect information and follow up on action items.
  • Provide comments and suggestions to improve project deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in HR Strategy, Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, HR Projects, or strategic HRBP roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to initiate ideas and recommend insights.
  • Good communication and facilitation skills with confidence in working with diverse stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create executive-level presentation materials.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to think strategically and understand business context.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
