We are looking for a reliable Sales Manager who will undertake sales tasks, ensuring growth in revenue and development in business.

Our ideal candidate will be service-minded and have a high-sense of prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will also be self-motivated and trustworthy.

The sales manager ensures smooth running of our company's sales and business development and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

  • Achieving sales, profit and customer satisfaction targets by formulating strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Building and managing partner ecosystem, by updating the account and the opportunity information into the CRM tool on a regular basis.
  • Setting business objectives and priorities in accordance with the overall business unit strategy.
  • Keeping abreast of market potential, technical and political developments in business landscape.
  • Leading and conducting sales cycle activities to drive opportunity development towards wins.
  • Understanding customers' requirements and proposing unique value propositions to meet their needs.
  • Working with pre-sales and subject matter experts to design best-fit solutions.
  • Adhering to corporate policies, especially governing trade compliance and business conduct.
  • Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Setting and achieving budgets and sales targets.
  • Accountability for the end-to-end sales and implementation process to ensure successful delivery.
  • Managing the wholesale channel in order to increase the sales and distribution platform, as targeted.
  • Managing sales team to develop, initiate, and implement channel activities.
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business.
  • Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to customers.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Ensure that the proposals / quotations meet customers' expectations and budget.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with operations, accounting and other related sections.
  • Complete the cost sheet and all concerned documents after tour has finished.
  • Determine activities and potential for new services.
  • Supervising and handling sales target for members of the sales team.
  • Seek and identify business opportunities with prospective customers and evaluate their position in the industry. Research and analyze sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contacts and developing relationships with prospective customers and recommend solutions.
  • Develop, implement and maintain sales activities and plans.
  • Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential customers and sales options.
  • Meet sales revenue targets.
  • Male/Female, Age 27-45 years.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing ,Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales management experience in I.T./Networking related fields.
  • Ability to communicate in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Reading).
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin, Lao, Khmer, or Burmese is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong customer management skills set, particularly customer promotional planning skills and trade terms management and the know-how to manage the account's ROI.
  • Strong in executing the strategy/plan and hands-on.
  • Good business acumen, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good leadership, communication, negotiation and people engagement skills and a good team player.
  • Strong knowledge in computer operations.
  • Driven and motivated person.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and handle stress.
  • Ability to stay calm at all times.
  • Polite in both writing and speaking situations.
