Job description

  • Handle all recruitment process, orientation, probation reviews and assessment.
  • Screen applicants to meet job specification requirement, arrange interview appointment.
  • Apply “Top Grading” framework for all recruitment task
  • Coordinates and assists in scheduling technical and client interviews, including candidate interview preparation and debriefing.
  • Planning channels and media sources, such as LinkedIn, website, referral, networking and etc. to serve company requirement in the appropriate time and develop job advertisement to Analyzing, sourcing and reviewing applicants and organizing interview session to identify shortlist candidates.
  • Provide and review an employment contract including announce the warm welcome new employee to workforce.
  • Communicating with other departments, employees, applicants, administrators, and staff provide information and assistance regarding recruitment, employment and hiring out.
