Senior Private Banking Client Service Specialist

Location: Pahon Yothin Head Office (Aree BTS Station)

Responsible for supervising private banking client service agents (CSA) and other related staff (Database/Admin). Trains, coaches, and mentors employees on how to deliver the best practise of client service possible.


Responsibilities

  • Check and approve the Transaction done by CSA Agents
  • Investigate related problems and find solutions.
  • Communicate with RM/related bank department via phone, and/or email.
  • Training plan
  • Conversation Script revision
  • Handle major incidents that cannot be resolved by CSA junior agents
  • Keep abreast of new investment products and services.
  • Identify areas of improvement.
  • Train agents on how to adequately address problem or how to write correspondence.
  • Work with management on CSA Project/ Initiatives.
  • Supervise Database/Admin staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Related filed
  • 3 years or above in Retail Banking/Asset Management Operation Dept
  • Project Management and Communication Skills
  • Leadership
  • Positive attitude and Creative Thinking
