Customer Analytics, Specialist
ที่ไมโครซอฟท์- Provide analysis support to Existing Customer Marketing team in areas of campaign management, customer segment management, product gaps, etc., to support retention, resell (up-/cross- selling) and customer relationship management activities
- Tackle business problems from top down to bottom up. Ability to ask the right, relevant questions, develop hypothesis and framework, while keeping in mind practical workplans and timeline to arrive at insights
- Determine data requirements and methods to collect and validate data, based on analysis objective. Structure, mine and make sense of data from external and internal data sources
- Prepare data from different data sets for building predictive models and to communicate the results.
- Create, update, and maintain repeatable, interpretable, dynamic and scalable models that are seamlessly incorporated into analytic data products, through the use of statistical, algorithmic, mining techniques
- Advocate and educate on the value of data driven decision making
- Apply data mining, statistical analysis, machine learning techniques to turn data into actionable insights, evaluate alternative solutions and predict outcomes
- When applicable, create dashboards and prototypes as working solutions for business users
- Provide inputs to Data Warehouse team on additional data fields to load to data warehouse
- Present insights in written format (management update, reports, slide presentations)
- Communicate insights to business users with ability to break down technical concepts into easy-to-understand lingual
- Work cross-functionally to establish solid relationships with business teams and stakeholders. Obtain clear understanding of business requirements and data-driven opportunities to initiate potential projects
- Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
